Key Responsibilities:

1. Patent analysis

• Setup patent alerts and report the global application of industry-related patents time to time;

• Read industry-related patents, analyze and establish internal logic, classify patents and establish databases;

• Analyze the industry technology route, potential patent infringement and potential technology gap, and assist in making patent layout plan.

2. Patent writing

• Cooperate with other R&D researcher to formulate patent claims;

• Modify patent claims through professional retrieval；

• Modularize and standardize the expression of "specific embodiments" and the expression of material representation to achieve the purpose of on-demand call

Requirement:

• Master degree or above, science and engineering background, patent work experience is preferred;

• Familiar with office software, perfect English reading and writing ability, strong Chinese-English translation ability;

• Calm character, rigorous work. Solid Chinese language skills, good at written, and can distinguish the nuances of speech. Due to the particularity of patent writing work, can hang the trouble to work meticulously. Be willing to learn new knowledge independently.
